Jack needs assistance with bookkeeping in QB, has multiple complications with the program.  Currently he is using the 2023 Desktop version. His QB is at his CPA's office and once he has it back he will schedule an in person meeting to resolve at least the following issues.

  1.  Price and staying within the Desktop model. Received an invoice for $650 which he stated is getting a bit pricey but QB works well for him and he has been using for some length of time. However, he wants to make sure that when he pays the subscription he does not end up in the QB online program.
  2. Reconciling in a more timely fashion - needs assistance to reconcile his books in a more timely fashion to enable his CPA to timely prepare and file his returns.
  3. Needs assistance in backing up QB, he is currently locked out of this function.
