I reviewed the entire slide deck of my previous presentation, Marketing without social media. Dale and I reviewed two pages of action steps for her business specifically.

  1.  Lighting her sign
  2.  Adding a sign such as a chalkboard so she is able to list different items daily
  3.  Partnering with other businesses in a similar fashion to the restaurant that she partners with
  4.  Changing her tagline to focus on local artists rather than gift shop
  5.  Asking her artist for free giveaway
  6.  Asking her artist to do a demonstration
  7. Start collecting emails from customers to develop a robust email list
  8.  Visiting Shelburne Falls gift shop in looking at other competition and similar business to to see what they do
  9.   Add her to the directories and also  get Katherine to do an article about her and her 70 local artisans
